CHRONIC INJURY ROOT CAUSE FINDER

Identify Root Causes of Your Overuse Inj

Are you fed up with persistent injuries?

Feel like your providers aren't seeing the full picture and need to take more autonomy in your health and wellness?

Chronic, overuse injuries can be pesky and complicated.  I know what it feels like to be in your shoes, to feel like you (and/or your parents) are your only advocate, and to have to take your case into your own hands.  After ultimately succumbing to my injuries, I transformed my passion for dance into a passion for helping others.  It wasn't until I obtained my doctorate that I fully understood the injuries that I suffered.

Good news!  You don't need a doctorate to have a better understanding of your pain and anatomy.  That's why I'm here for!
