“THE WORLD IS A BOOK AND THOSE WHO DO NOT TRAVEL READ ONLY A PAGE.”
SAINT AUGUSTINE
Hello, fearless travelers!
Have you been diagnosed with Celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or gluten sensitivity? Don't let this shy you away from your love of experiencing new places.
Living a life on the road quite often, I have experienced the anxiety, fear, and most importantly, grumbling, hunger pains, of gluten-free dining while in an unfamiliar place. I have been gluten free since 2008, and am very sensitive to cross contamination. This can make eating out a very daunting task, full of questions like,
"Do you have separate kitchen space?"
"Are you familiar with Celiac disease?"
and so many more...
As I began to prepare for life on the road while traveling as a touring physical therapist for Dancing with the Stars, I thought it would be a good opportunity to try as many "safe" places as possible and share my dining and eating-on-the-road experiences with YOU!
Follow along!
